For Adelaide businesses, reliable email and teamwork tools are non-negotiable. Microsoft 365 delivers professional email, Teams, Office apps, and secure cloud storage — and with So Cloudy you also get the right licences, smooth migration, and friendly local support.

If you’re setting up Microsoft 365 on a new device (or several), follow the steps below. And if you haven’t purchased Microsoft 365 Business licences yet, our Adelaide team can set you up quickly and securely.

Why Adelaide businesses choose Microsoft 365

  • Professional email on your own domain (e.g. you@yourbusiness.com.au)
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive — all integrated
  • Enterprise-grade security and compliance, including MFA
  • Works seamlessly across desktop, web, and mobile
  • Scales from sole traders to multi-site teams

Need help selecting a plan or migrating from Google/GoDaddy? So Cloudy (Adelaide) handles it end-to-end: licences, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and user onboarding.

  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange
  3. Enter your email and a description (e.g. “Work”)

🔒 Troubleshooting (fast fixes)

  • Password issues: reset via your admin or use self-service password reset (if enabled).
  • MFA prompts not arriving: check time/date on your device and notifications for Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Mail not syncing: toggle Airplane Mode off/on, then re-open the app; confirm account is set as Exchange/Microsoft 365.
  • Autodiscover fails: ensure DNS records (MX, CNAME, TXT) are correct; So Cloudy can verify and fix these for you.
